سُورَةُ البَلَد
The ninetieth surah of the Qur'an, 20 ayahs, revealed in Makkah. The city it swears by is Makkah.
فَلَا ٱقۡتَحَمَ ٱلۡعَقَبَةَ
But he has not attempted the steep pass. (90:11)
